Terms and Conditions

Terms of payments : 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of booking. Balance due is payable a week before the event. Terms may be discussed.

Quotations are valid for 30 days and are subject to price increases.

Deposit received is non-refundable.

Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Bookings on which deposits is received before price increase will be honoured at the prices quoted.

Bookings required within less than 30 working days (Rush jobs) will be subject to a surcharge of 10%.

No cheque payments will be accepted.

EFT and deposit payments will be regarded as received once they reflect in our bank account or when we have received proof of payment.

We will gladly change the booking / quotation, provided the client informs us before materials are purchased.

A signed quotation and 50% deposit is required before we start on any design and planning. Additions required will be quoted for on request.

None of the ordered / booked items will be handed to any person without full payment. Deliveries will be carried out by prior arrangement, unless it is included in the package.


Cancellation Policy

Deposits and Non-refundable: In the event of a cancellation of a booking deposit amount paid will be forfeited.

Changes to quantities ordered : Quantities as per your order will be regarded as minimum quantities and cannot be reduced, although additional items may be ordered.

Returns : Items delivered or collected as per signed quotation / booking may not be returned / refunded for any reason whatsoever. Errors on the part of D-Vine Parties will be rectified and the correct items will be replaced.

Please note that all hired equipment need to be returned in the same condition as it was hired out (clean).

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A SIGNED COPY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN KEEPING IN LINE WITH THE NEW CONSUMER ACT.
